Last updated: October 25, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Parentro's website, assessments, Family Guide services, memberships, communications, specialist coordination services, employer-sponsored programs, or related services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Member") and Parentro LLC ("Parentro," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing, purchasing, registering for, or using Parentro Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Parentro Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Parentro.

Depending on the service or membership selected, Parentro Services may include:
- Discovery Calls
- Family Assessments
- Parentro Reports
- Personalized Family Plans
- Dedicated Family Guide support
- Ongoing follow-up and plan adjustments
- Proactive "What's Next" guidance
- Parenting resources and recommendations
- Coordination with nannies or caregivers
- Included certified specialist support coordinated by your Family Guide when needed

- Employer-sponsored parenting support programs
Parentro is designed to help families bring parenting information, priorities, routines, recommendations, and specialist support into one coordinated framework.
Parentro does not guarantee specific parenting, behavioral, developmental, sleep, feeding, health, or family outcomes.
2. Parentro Is Not a Medical or Clinical Service
PARENTRO IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER, HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, THERAPY SERVICE, DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE, OR EMERGENCY SERVICE.
Parentro does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, emergency care, or other regulated healthcare services unless such services are separately provided by an appropriately licensed independent professional.
Information, plans, recommendations, resources, or guidance provided through Parentro are intended for general parenting support and coordination purposes.
You remain responsible for decisions concerning your child and family.
You should seek appropriate licensed medical, psychological, therapeutic, developmental, nutritional, or other professional care where required.
If you believe that you, your child, or another person may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or licensed healthcare provider immediately.
3. Family Guide Role
A Family Guide acts as your ongoing point of coordination within Parentro.
The Family Guide may:
- Understand your family's current situation and priorities
- Help identify areas requiring attention
- Organize recommendations and next steps
- Help maintain your Family Plan
- Follow up on progress
- Suggest upcoming priorities or transitions
- Coordinate relevant specialist support
- Help align recommendations across different areas of family life
Family Guides do not replace parents, doctors, therapists, teachers, childcare professionals, or licensed specialists.
Parentro may change or reassign a Family Guide where reasonably necessary for operational, quality, availability, or service reasons.
Where appropriate, Parentro may offer to rematch you with another Family Guide or specialist.
4. Assessments, Reports and Family Plans
Parentro may ask you to complete assessments or provide information about your family, children, routines, priorities, challenges, and preferences.
You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and complete.
Parentro may use this information to prepare:
- Parentro Reports
- Family priorities
- Personalized Family Plans
- Recommendations
- Suggested next steps
- Specialist referrals or recommendations
- Ongoing support strategies
Parentro Reports and Family Plans are intended to support decision-making and organization.
They are not medical diagnoses, clinical assessments, legal advice, or guarantees of results.
Family Plans may change over time based on new information, changing family circumstances, progress, new priorities, or professional recommendations.
5. Specialists and Third-Party Professionals
Certified specialist support is included in Parentro memberships and brought in and coordinated by your Family Guide when needed.
Specialists may include professionals working in areas such as:
- Sleep
- Feeding
- Lactation
- Behavior
- Parenting
- Child development
- Family wellbeing
- Other relevant family-support areas
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, specialists are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of Parentro.
The qualifications, licenses, certifications, and scope of practice of each specialist may differ.
You are responsible for deciding whether to engage with a specialist.
Parentro does not guarantee that a particular specialist will be suitable for every family or situation.
Where a specialist provides regulated or professional services, that professional remains responsible for their own advice, services, professional obligations, and applicable licenses.
6. Nannies and Caregivers
At your request, Parentro may help coordinate routines, recommendations, plans, or priorities with a nanny, caregiver, or other person involved in your child's care.
Parentro does not:
- Employ your nanny or caregiver
- Manage their employment
- Supervise their work
- Assume responsibility for their conduct
- Replace the parent's responsibility for childcare decisions
You are responsible for authorizing any information shared with a nanny or caregiver.
7. Discovery Calls
A Discovery Call is intended to:
- Understand your family situation
- Explain Parentro Services
- Determine whether Parentro may be a suitable fit
- Discuss available membership or support options
A Discovery Call does not create an ongoing Parentro membership unless you separately enroll in a paid service.
Parentro may decline to offer services where we believe the family's needs fall outside Parentro's scope or would be better addressed by another type of professional.
8. Memberships, Fees and Payment
Parentro may offer recurring memberships, fixed-term memberships, packages, or other paid services.
Current prices, billing frequency, minimum commitments, and included services will be communicated before purchase or enrollment.
By purchasing a paid Parentro Service, you authorize Parentro and its payment providers to charge the applicable fees.
You are responsible for:
- Providing valid payment information
- Maintaining current billing information
- Paying all applicable charges
- Paying any applicable taxes where required
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Parentro may change pricing for future purchases, renewals, or new membership periods.
Changes will not retroactively alter fees already paid for an existing committed period unless expressly agreed.
9. Membership Renewals and Cancellation
Where a membership renews automatically, the renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation terms communicated with your membership.
Cancellation generally stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.
Where a minimum membership commitment applies, you remain responsible for fees associated with that agreed commitment unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by Parentro.
10. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for Parentro memberships and services are non-refundable once the relevant service period has begun.
Parentro may, at its discretion, offer:
- Rescheduling
- Service credits
- Family Guide rematching
- Specialist rematching
- Other reasonable service remedies
where appropriate.
We do not provide refunds solely because:
- A recommendation did not produce a particular result
- Parenting circumstances changed
- A child's behavior or development did not change as expected
- You chose not to use available Parentro support
- You disagree with non-clinical guidance after it has been provided
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Appointments and Rescheduling
Where Parentro provides scheduled calls or sessions, appointment-specific cancellation and rescheduling rules may apply.
These rules will be communicated through the relevant booking process or membership terms.
Parentro may reschedule a session where reasonably necessary due to Family Guide or specialist availability, technical issues, emergencies, or other operational circumstances.
Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parentro's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Parentro during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parentro LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of Parentro Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of another person's rights
- Information or instructions you provide to Parentro where such information causes a third-party claim
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Parentro's own unlawful conduct.

Parentro may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Non-payment
- Abuse or harassment
- Misuse of Parentro Services

Where appropriate, Parentro may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
